About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties (greeting clients, attending phone calls, and email)
Appointment Scheduling
Patient Intake (Assist new patients with registration)
Billing and Payments, including processing insurance claims and following up on outstanding accounts.
Administrative Support to physiotherapists and other staff, including preparing patient files, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies.
Record Keeping (Maintain patient records in compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations).
Communication: Serve as a liaison between patients and physiotherapists, conveying messages and information as needed.

Requirements
Requirements:
Qualification: Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience with scheduling software.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of medical terminology and billing processes.
Good to Have:
Experience in a physiotherapy or medical office setting.
Knowledge in SQL system
Familiarity with insurance billing and coding.
Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
